Ingredients
For the Sliders:

1 lb ground turkey

12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

For the Topping:

Instructions
1 Cook the Turkey Patties
In a bowl, mix ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Form into 12 small patties to match the size of your slider buns
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked through
2 Prepare the Buns
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
3 Assemble the Sliders
Place one turkey patty on each bun bottom
Top with cheese slices and any additional toppings if using
Add the top half of the buns
4 Make the Butter Topping
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and minced onion
Brush the mixture over the tops of the buns
5 Bake and Serve
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes
Uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden brown
Serve warm
