Description

These Strawberry and Banana Oat Balls are a quick, no-bake snack packed with natural sweetness and wholesome ingredients. Perfect for breakfast on the go, a midday snack, or a healthy treat, these energy bites are easy to make and bursting with fruity flavor.

 


Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup mashed banana (about 1 medium banana)

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional, for extra nutrition)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

1 Mix the Ingredients In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed banana, chopped strawberries, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract Stir well until everything is evenly mixed If using, fold in ground flaxseed and mini chocolate chips or nuts

2 Form the Oat Balls Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet

3 Chill and Set Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the oat balls to firm up

4 Serve Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days

Notes

If the mixture is too sticky, add more oats to reach the desired consistency

Substitute dried strawberries if fresh ones are unavailable

Freeze for up to 3 months for a longer shelf life
