3 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 sleeve (about 1 1/2 cups) crushed Ritz crackers
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1 Prepare the Filling Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth Fold in the shredded chicken until evenly coated
2 Assemble the Casserole Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole
3 Bake Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through
