Ingredients
For the Dough:

3/4 cup warm milk (110°F)

1 large egg
For the Filling:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Heavy Cream Soak:
3/4 cup heavy cream (to be poured over before baking)
For the Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)
Instructions
1 Prepare the Dough In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes until foamy Add melted butter, egg, salt, and flour, mixing until a dough forms Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size
2 Prepare the Filling Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl Roll out the dough into a 14×10-inch rectangle and spread softened butter over it Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough
3 Roll and Slice the Dough Roll the dough tightly from the long side and slice into 12 equal pieces Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
4 Add the Heavy Cream and Bake Pour the heavy cream evenly over the rolls Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
5 Prepare the Frosting Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth
6 Frost and Serve Spread the frosting over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy
