Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1 Cook the Beef and Pasta
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned and cooked through
Drain excess grease
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain
2 Mix the Casserole
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, noodles, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Mix until everything is evenly coated
3 Assemble and Bake
Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
Top with shredded cheddar cheese if using
Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly
4 Serve
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm
Notes
Swap ground beef for ground turkey or sausage if preferred
Add frozen peas, carrots, or corn to make it a complete one-dish meal
Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and can be frozen
